Annual subscriptions to the
Journal of Liberal History are available to individuals and institutions both in the United Kingdom and worldwide. Subscribers receive a printed copy of each issue of the
Journal published during the subscription year. For an extra payment access can be given online to the pdf versions of password-protected current and past issues on this site.
Paper copies of single issues and back numbers can be purchased from the Membership Secretary. Details are on the
Journal page.
New subscribers can register online or download an application form to pay by cheque. Existing subscribers can renew online on this site.

Individual subscriptions
An annual subscription to the
Journal of Liberal History costs £20.00 (£12.50 unwaged) for individuals in the UK, and £30.00 (£22.50 unwaged) for subscribers with addresses outside the UK. This includes membership of the Liberal Democrat History Group unless you inform us otherwise. We also welcome donations towards our publishing and research work.
Access online during the subscription year to the pdf versions of password-protected current and past issues of the
Journal costs £40.00 for all subscribers. Online subscribers will be sent a password (changed each year) for access to the protected area of this site, and will also receive printed copies of each new
Journal.
The subscription year starts on 1 October, but subscriptions commencing after 30 June continue until 30 September in the following year without further payment. Subscribers receive all issues of the
Journal published during the subscription year; those joining before 1 July are sent any issued since the previous 1 October.
You do not have to be a member of the Liberal Democrats to join the History Group.

Renewing a subscription
Existing subscribers to the
Journal of Liberal History can maintain their subscriptions by standing order, or by annual renewal. A reminder is sent to subscribers with the last issue of the
Journal for their subscription period, which should be returned to the Membership Secretary with a remittance for the amount due. A standing order form, as printed on the reminder letter, can be obtained on request to the Membership Secretary at
subs@liberalhistory.org.uk.

Corporate and institutional subscriptions

Subscribers are invoiced in December for the subscription due for the following calendar year, payable by 1 January. The current rate is £50.00 for addresses in the UK and elsewhere, inclusive of postage and packing.
